A multi-tenant competition platform, formerly Forge, connecting registration, dynamic forms, judging and results in one organizer workspace. Substantial implementation is complete; refinement and event demos remain.
Status: IN DEVELOPMENT
Local demo with fictional institute, challenge and participant data. Desktop and mobile captures show implemented workflows; they do not establish institute adoption or event readiness.
Problem
Running a college competition often means stitching together registration forms, spreadsheets, judging sheets and certificates. I wanted organizers to manage that lifecycle in one place, with each institute keeping its own workspace.
Approach
Built organization-scoped Firebase storage and shared engines for forms, permissions, workflows and judging. The React interface exposes those rules through organizer tools and responsive participant pages.
Features
- Dynamic registration forms — A form builder with 24 field types, validation and participant previews.
- Organization permissions — 41 permissions and seven built-in roles structure access across organizer and judging workflows.
- Competition lifecycle — Challenge setup, rubric-based judging, leaderboards and certificates share the same event model.
- Desktop and mobile views — Organizer tools and participant flows were captured against a local Firebase demo with fictional data.
Outcome
The core platform is implemented. Refinement, fuller workflow demos and validation with an actual institute event are still ahead.
Stack
React, TypeScript, Material UI, Firebase, TanStack Query, Zod
